Cavaedium Opus Architects And Planners is located at 3/245 Vijyant Khand in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. It’s fairly easy to find since we are near the Aditya Sky Honda Show Room, not far from the Chinhat Tiraha. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking over blueprints. We’ve been doing architecture and planning for a while, and it’s a job that keeps us on our toes. Lucknow is growing fast, and there’s always a new project starting somewhere in Gomti Nagar or the surrounding areas. We spend a lot of time visiting sites, which means dealing with the heat and the dust, but that’s just part of the work. Our office isn't some sleek, empty space; it's filled with folders, material samples, and sketches pinned to the walls. We don't really go for the corporate look. We’d rather just talk to people plainly about what they need for their building or their land. Planning can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and rules, but we try to navigate that as best as we can. We have a mix of projects, some big and some quite small. Every day is a bit different. One morning we might be arguing with a supplier about the quality of some bricks, and in the afternoon we’re back at the desk drawing. It’s a lot of work, but it’s interesting seeing how the city is changing and growing.
