Our company is Sthirspace Techno Solutions Private Limited. We are based at Plot No 5A in the Jankipuram Garden area of Madiyawa. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve been here for some time now. Our office isn't very big, but it’s ours. We spend most of our time on tech solutions. We have desks pushed against the walls to make more room for everyone. It isn't a fancy corporate office with glass walls or a coffee machine that makes lattes. It’s more of a local workspace where we can focus on what we are doing. Usually, one of us brings in snacks for the group in the afternoon. We talk about technical stuff and figure out how to solve things that aren't working right. The garden area nearby is good for a quick walk when our eyes get tired from looking at the screens all day. We are just regular people who happen to be good with technology. We don’t go for big presentations or polished speeches. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. Madiyawa is a good place for a business like ours because it’s not too noisy. Sometimes we have to fix things on the fly when the power goes out, which happens now and then. We’ve gotten pretty good at working around those little hiccups. It’s just a small team of us. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. No corporate jargon here, just a lot of typing and thinking.
