Spark Propmart LLP is based in Village Shahpur, which is in the Chinhat area. Our address is Plot No 4, K No 112SA. It is a bit of a rustic spot, not like the big office blocks you see in the city. We like it that way because we are close to the land we deal with. We are just regular people who started a property business to help folks buy and sell around here. There is no corporate polish on anything we do. If you walk into our place, you might find us wearing dusty shoes because we just came back from a site visit. We don't have a big receptionist or a waiting room with fancy magazines. We just sit around a table and talk about what is happening in the local market. Lucknow is expanding fast, especially out towards Chinhat and Shahpur, so we see a lot of change. Keeping track of it all is necessary to give people practical answers. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream, just trying to find them a decent piece of land or a house that fits what they need. Our days are spent talking to farmers, builders, and families. It is a lot of listening and a lot of driving. We keep our records in simple files and make sure we know the history of the plots we talk about. It takes time to get things right, but we don't mind the extra effort.
