Solutions Properties

Solutions Properties is situated on Gudamba Kursi Road in Lucknow. We work in the real estate field, but we don't have one of those big, flashy offices with glass walls. Our place is pretty straightforward, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps and files. Gudamba Kursi Road is a busy stretch, and there is always a lot of development happening around here. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, looking at plots or meeting people at different sites. Lucknow is growing fast, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in this area over the last few years. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just know this specific area well and try to give people honest information about the land or houses they are looking at. Sometimes a deal doesn't work out, and we just tell people the truth about why. We don't use a lot of fancy sales talk. It’s mostly just sitting down with a cup of tea and looking over papers to make sure everything is legal and clear. People usually find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We like keeping it simple and local. It’s a lot of driving around and talking to people, but it’s an honest way to make a living in a city that’s changing every day. We just try to be helpful and stay busy with whatever comes our way.
