Marvel Realty is based out of Saba Complex, which is tucked behind the Khurramnagar Police Chowki on the Ring Road. It’s number 618. If you know the Ring Road, you know how busy it gets with all the trucks and cars zooming by. Our office is a bit quieter since we are behind the police post. We mostly spend our time talking to people about houses and land. Real estate isn't as flashy as it looks on television. Most of it is just making phone calls, checking documents, and driving around to look at different spots. We aren't a huge agency with a hundred agents. We are just a few people who know this part of town really well. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, and we spend hours just sorting things out. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just a place where we work. We like being near the police station because it’s a good landmark and easy to explain to people when they are trying to find us. Usually, we are out showing a property or meeting someone for coffee to discuss a deal. It’s a lot of walking and talking, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels natural. We just try to be honest about what we see in the market. We don't make big promises we can't keep.
