We set up our office at Plot 9C/48 in Vrindavan Yojna. It’s close to Aravali Enclave, which is a fairly quiet spot compared to the rest of the city. We do realty services here, which basically means we spend our time connecting people with the right properties. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to meet and keep our files. We spend a lot of time driving around Vrindavan Yojna looking at new plots and houses. It’s a growing area, so there’s always something new to see. We try to give people the real picture of what they are buying or renting. There’s no point in sugarcoating things. If a place has a leaky roof, we mention it. We’ve lived and worked around here for a while, so we know the local quirks. The mornings are usually for paperwork and the afternoons are for being out on the field. We get a lot of families coming to us looking for their first home. It’s a big deal for them, so we try not to rush things. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just talk like regular people. Sometimes we have tea with the clients and just discuss the options. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We’re just happy to be working in this part of town.
