Softfix Technologies (Opc) Privatelimited

We are located in Virat Khand, specifically at 1/34. Gomti Nagar is a big area, but our little corner is relatively quiet compared to the main roads. Softfix Technologies (Opc) is a small operation. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others helping out when things get busy. We focus on fixing tech issues and software stuff. It’s not a glamorous job. A lot of the time we are just staring at screens or trying to figure out why a piece of hardware isn't working right. We chose Virat Khand because it’s a decent place to work from. There’s enough space for our gear and a small desk for everyone. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone visits, they usually just pull up a plastic chair. We don't use a lot of business talk. We just explain what’s wrong and how we can fix it. Sometimes we can't fix it, and we say that too. We try to be straight with people. Being in Gomti Nagar means we're close to a lot of other businesses, which is handy. We've been doing this for a bit now. It’s a steady routine of coming in, checking emails, and working through the list of tasks. We aren't trying to change the world. We’re just trying to keep the computers running and the software working for the people who rely on us. It’s a job like any other and it keeps us occupied every day.
