Our office isn't in a skyscraper or anything, just a regular spot in Tulsi Vihar. We spend our time dealing with land, houses, and the usual paperwork that comes with being realtors. Some people think real estate is all about fancy cars, but for us, it’s mostly just sitting at a desk or walking around construction sites. We know the 226017 area quite well since we spend most of our time here. It’s a bit of a walk to some parts of the neighborhood, but we don't mind. We aren't a big corporation. It’s just us doing our daily tasks. We take calls, go see properties, and try to make sense of the market. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever. That’s just part of the job. People find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign. We’ve lived and worked in Lucknow for a long time. The office is simple and serves its purpose. We keep our records here and try to stay on top of things. It’s honest work and it fills our days. There is always something new happening in the local housing market, so we just try to keep up with it.
