SMJ Realtors LLP is tucked away in Sushant Golf City. We are located at C3 01, Palm Spring Villa, in the Sec C2 area. A different vibe exists out here compared to the main city center, which is actually quite nice. It’s quieter and there is more room to breathe. Seeing how much this part of Lucknow was growing led to starting this business to help people out. This isn't a big fancy agency with glossy brochures and rehearsed lines. The setup is actually pretty simple. Much of the time is spent walking around the villas and checking on plots. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find someone looking over maps or talking to builders about progress. Industry jargon just confuses things, so it isn't used here. Instead, explaining things like one would to a friend is the way it goes. Working in Sushant Golf City means seeing a lot of people looking for a bit of peace and quiet. Ground work and checking facts take up most of the schedule. There is no attempt to be anything we aren't. We are just a local realtor group making sure things get done properly for the people who come to us. Some days are spent out in the sun most of the afternoon, but that is just part of the job. It feels good to be part of the neighborhood.
