You can find Sincha Technologies over at House No 276/03 in Shaurya Vihar. We are right on the 60 Ft. Road in the Jankipuram Extension part of Lucknow. It’s a growing neighborhood, so there’s always some construction going on nearby. Our office is a straightforward setup in a regular house. We didn't see the point in renting a massive glass office when this works just fine for what we do. We handle technology services, which mostly involves us sitting at our desks and working through code or fixing technical issues for our clients. The team is small, just a handful of local people who know their way around computers. We don't have any fancy titles or a human resources department. If something needs doing, one of us just picks it up and does it. The 226021 area is a good spot because it’s not as congested as the middle of Lucknow, but we still have everything we need close by. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic on the 60 Ft. Road, but we mostly just tune it out. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking about how to fix whatever bug popped up that morning. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work.
