Sigma It

Sigma It is located in Shop No.10 at Sahu Plaza. We are right in the Alambagh area, very close to the IDBI Bank. It’s a busy little plaza with a lot of different shops and people around us. We handle computers and IT problems for folks in the neighborhood. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be really organized with where we put everything. We have a few counters where we set up laptops to check them out and run diagnostics. Sometimes people just drop by to ask a quick question about their software or a weird noise their computer is making. We’ve been here for a bit now and we like the vibe of Alambagh. There are always people walking by. We don't have a big sign with neon lights or anything. Just a simple one on the front. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a bunch of computer parts and cables. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon to share. It’s just a small operation. We don't do fancy marketing or have a big sales team. We just fix what's broken and try to give people honest advice on their tech. The bank being nearby makes it very easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands. It’s a convenient spot for everyone. We open up early and usually stay until the plaza starts to quiet down in the evening. It’s a normal business for normal folks.
