Troops Security Services

Our office is over at 1A Blunt Square in Charbagh. Being near the station means there’s always something going on outside our windows. We handle security services, which basically means we find good people to watch over buildings and events. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s necessary. We started out small and we’ve stayed pretty grounded. We don't have a big HR department or a floor full of executives. It’s just a few of us coordinating schedules and talking to our staff. Charbagh is a hectic place, but it keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who want to work with us. We look for folks who are reliable and show up on time. That’s the most important thing in this line of work. We don't use a lot of fancy talk about synergy or solutions. We just say we’ll get a guard there when you need one. Sometimes things get complicated with scheduling, but we always figure it out. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure everyone is where they should be. We’ve been at Blunt Square for a while now and we know the neighbors. It’s a decent place to run a business. We just keep our heads down and do the work, day in and day out, without making a big fuss or acting like we are something we are not.
