Shruti Enterprises is found at 133/221 on Amina Bad Road in the Ganeshganj area. It’s a very old and busy part of the city, which means there’s never a quiet moment. The building has been around for a long time, and our space is filled with all sorts of items we deal in. Finding the exact door can be a bit tricky for people who haven't been here before because the numbering on Amina Bad Road is a little confusing. We usually tell people to look for the landmark nearby. Inside, the shop is packed from floor to ceiling with stock. We don't really have a fancy display area, so you kind of have to know what you’re looking for, or just ask one of us to find it for you. It’s a family-style operation, and we’ve known most of our customers for years. The floor is old tile, and the wooden counters have seen better days, but they serve their purpose just fine. During the festive seasons, the street outside gets so crowded that it's almost impossible to drive a vehicle through, so we end up walking everywhere. We spend most of our time answering the phone or checking the inventory in the back room. It’s a bit cramped and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of space, but we’ve managed to make it work for a long time now. It is just a basic local business.
