Our office is out in the Chinhat area of Lucknow, specifically over in Ismail Ganj Kamta. We’re located at Khasra No. 1156. It’s a part of the city that is growing fast, but it still has that local feel where you know your neighbors and the shopkeepers. Shivneel Infotech is basically a bunch of us who really understand computers and systems. We aren't trying to be some massive company with hundreds of floors and elevators. We just have our space here where we handle the daily grind of IT work. The road outside can get a bit dusty with all the construction happening nearby, but inside we keep things organized enough to get the work done. We see a lot of people coming in with various tech problems, and we just do what we can to sort them out without any fuss. There’s no script we follow or big corporate manual telling us how to act. We just talk to people like normal human beings and try to figure out what their systems need. Some of us have been working together for years now. Lunch usually involves someone bringing in food from home and all of us sitting around the small table we have in the back. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy. Being in Lucknow, we have our own pace of doing things. We don’t rush just to look busy, we just focus on the job at hand until it is finished.
