Shiv Shakti Physiotherapy Clinic

You can find us at 2/212 on the Sharda Nagar Road. We are in the Rajni Khand area. The clinic is mostly one big room with mats, some weights, and tables for therapy. We help people who have stiff backs or trouble walking after an injury. It is a lot of stretching and repeating the same movements over and over. I see a lot of older folks from Sharda Nagar who just want to move a bit easier. The road outside can get quite a bit of traffic during rush hour, but we have a spot for people to park their bikes. The walls have some charts on them showing how muscles work. It is a very practical place. We don't have any vibrating chairs or spa music playing. It is just hard work to get your body working right again. Sometimes the sessions are long and people get tired, but that is how it goes with physiotherapy. We keep some extra towels around and the water dispenser is always at the corner. Rajni Khand is a good neighborhood and we have been on this road for a while now. If you need to fix a shoulder or a knee, this is where we do that kind of work every day. It’s a simple setup but the equipment we have is solid and does the job for anyone who comes in.
