Life Care Physiotherapy Centre

We are located at 22-A Gokhale Marg, which is a fairly well-known spot in Lucknow. Being near Red Hill School means there is always a lot of activity around when classes let out. At Life Care, we spend our days helping people move a bit better. Physiotherapy is mostly about patience and doing the exercises correctly. We have a few mats and some equipment scattered around the room. It’s not a flashy place, just a workspace where we focus on bones and muscles. People come in with all sorts of issues, like back pain from sitting at desks too long or old injuries that started acting up again. We listen to what hurts and then we get to work on the stretches and movements. Lucknow can be a busy city, but on Gokhale Marg, it feels a bit more settled. We’ve been at this address for a while now, so the neighbors know us. Some days are quiet and we have time to catch up on paperwork, and other days it feels like everyone in the city needs a physiotherapist at the same time. We don't use big words or try to act like we're more than we are. We just want people to feel a bit more comfortable in their own bodies. It’s simple work but it keeps us on our toes all day long. We just handle the appointments as they come in and do our best with what we have.
