Aarogya Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic

Our physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic is located at C-4080 in Sector 12, Rajajipuram. We are situated near the MIS Chauraha, on the way towards Mohanbhogh Chauraha. It’s a good spot because people from across the sector can get to us without too much trouble. The clinic itself is mostly an open space with some mats, balls, and machines for people to do their exercises. It’s not a spa; it’s a place where people come to do the hard work of getting their movement back after an injury or surgery. We have been working here in Rajajipuram for a while, and we’ve seen a lot of local folks come through. The atmosphere is usually pretty focused, with people doing their stretches and us helping them out with the movements. The walls are fairly bare, maybe just a couple of charts showing muscles and bones. We like to keep the windows open when the weather is nice to let some fresh air in from the street. The traffic around MIS Chauraha can be a bit loud during the rush hour, but inside we just focus on the sessions. It’s a practical environment for healing. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to work the equipment and guide the exercises. It’s a steady job, and we enjoy being a part of this neighborhood's daily life.
