Physio Active Physiotherapy Clinic

We’ve been here at Physio Active Physiotherapy Clinic for a while now, tucked away in Vikalp Khand near the R.L.B School. You can find us at 4/74 on Malhaur Road. It's a busy enough spot in Chinhat, especially when school lets out, but inside it’s mostly just quiet. We have a few rooms set up for people who need help with their joints or muscles. It isn't a fancy place with flashing lights or anything like that. Just some mats, a couple of benches, and the usual gear you’d expect. Most people who come in live right here in Gomti Nagar or maybe just a few blocks away. We keep the door open and usually have the fan going because it gets a bit warm in the afternoons. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially with the buses going toward Malhaur, but we’re used to it by now. The space is simple. We try to keep things clean and tidy for everyone. There’s a small waiting area with some old chairs where people sit and wait their turn. It’s mostly just us doing our work and helping neighbors get back on their feet after they’ve had a fall or something. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve stayed in this same spot because it’s easy for folks around Gomti Nagar to get to without having to drive across the city. Just a regular local clinic doing what we do every day.
