Shervani Tech Hub Private Limited

Our office is located in Sector 9 of Indira Nagar in Lucknow. We are at Flat No. 304 on the third floor of building 738. It is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there is always something happening on the street below. The 226001 area is right in the heart of things. Since we are on the third floor, we spend a lot of time walking up and down the stairs because the elevator is not always reliable. It keeps us active, I suppose. The office itself is quite cramped. We have squeezed in as many desks as possible to accommodate our team. We call it a tech hub, but really it is just a place where we sit and work on our computers all day. We do not have any fancy furniture or a break room. We usually just eat at our desks or go down to the local market for some street food. Lucknow summers are very intense, so we have a couple of noisy fans going all the time to keep the air moving. We are a private limited company, but we run things more like a family business. Most of us have been together for a long time. We do not have a big human resources department or fancy rules. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to help each other out. It is a simple life.
