I run my practice out of SF-5 in the Abc Complex. That’s on Quinton Road in the Qaiserbagh area of Lucknow. It’s a busy part of town. The complex has a lot of different offices and small shops. My spot is on the second floor. It is a simple office. I handle accounting and tax matters for various people and small businesses around here. Qaiserbagh is one of those places where there is always something going on. Traffic can be a bit of a mess during peak hours, but that is Lucknow for you. I do not have a big staff or a fancy lobby. It is usually just me and maybe an assistant. We spend the day going through invoices and filing returns. I prefer keeping things quiet and focused. I am not interested in making my office look like a corporate headquarters. It is just a place where work gets done. Most of my clients are local folks who need help with their GST or income tax. I try to explain things in plain English or Hindi so it is not confusing. People seem to like that I do not use too many technical terms if I can avoid it. It is a modest setup on Quinton Road, but it serves the purpose. I have been in this building for a bit and I know the other shop owners around here. It is a good community to be a part of.
