Our workplace is House Number 21 in Mateenpurwa, which is in the Khuram Nagar area of Lucknow. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very different from a typical business district. We’ve turned a couple of rooms in the house into our office space. It’s comfortable and has a bit of a homey feel to it. We deal with various technology services and digital projects. Lucknow is a big city but Khuram Nagar has its own quiet pace. We have a small yard out front where we sometimes take our breaks. It’s nice to have some greenery around while we work. The office is often a bit cluttered with cables and hardware components. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one near the door. Most of our neighbors know what we do. We don't wear suits or anything formal. It’s mostly jeans and casual shirts around here. We drink a lot of chai and there is always a packet of biscuits open somewhere. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do good work and keep our customers happy. It’s a simple way of living and working. Sometimes the street gets a bit flooded when it rains heavily, but we manage. Most of us live nearby, so we can just walk or bike into work in the mornings.
