We’re based out of HN-46 in Section 10C, near the Samudayik Kendra in Vrindavan Yojna. It’s a growing part of Lucknow and we’ve been here watching it develop. Sarvagya Realtors is just a small team of us working out of this office. It’s a pretty basic setup, nothing too flashy. We spend our days mostly talking to people who are interested in the new housing schemes or plots around here. Vrindavan Yojna is always changing, so there’s always something new to keep track of. Our office can get a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. When you come in, you just talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. We do a lot of the legwork ourselves, visiting sites and talking to the local authorities to make sure everything is okay. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we’d like, but that’s just the way it goes with real estate sometimes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big promises. We just tell people what’s available and what the situation is. It’s straightforward work and we try to keep it that way. Most of the time it’s just us, some maps, and a lot of phone calls to get things done.
