If you're looking for us, we're located in Sarojni Nagar, specifically over at Meeranpur Pinvat in Aurwa. The office is care of Ajay Pal Yadav, who is the son of Ram Chandra Yadav. It’s a local operation through and through. We aren't in one of those tall glass buildings in the city center. We are out here where the actual land is. Santoshramit Realestate is pretty much a family-style business. We know almost everyone in the neighborhood and they know us. Most of our work involves helping people with land deals in this part of Lucknow. It's a lot of sitting under a fan, talking to folks, and drinking tea while we go over papers. We don't have a big fancy website or a marketing department. If people need us, they usually just stop by or ask someone nearby where we are. The pace is a bit slower here compared to the main city, but we like it that way. We spend a lot of time walking around the fields or checking boundaries. It's a lot of manual work and being out in the sun. We just try to be helpful and make sure the paperwork is sorted out properly. It’s nothing fancy, just how we’ve always done things.
