We've been at 1058 Udyan-II on R.B. Road for a bit now. Lucknow is home for most of us, and this office is where we spend the bulk of our day. It isn't a huge place, just a decent-sized setup where we handle info systems and tech things that come our way. Sometimes the traffic on R.B. Road gets a bit much in the mornings, but we manage. Most of the people here have known each other for years. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. It’s mostly about getting the work done and making sure things run right. The office has a few desks, some old files, and a coffee machine that works when it wants to. We mostly deal with local clients and some from further out in Uttar Pradesh. It’s quiet in Udyan-II compared to the main city center, which is nice when you need to focus on a difficult project. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage everything ourselves. People drop by sometimes just to ask about software or hardware issues. We don’t have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a practical way of working. Most days we stay late to finish up, then head out to the local market for snacks. That’s pretty much how it goes here. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
