We’re over at 70, Ishwar Puri in the Indira Nagar area of Lucknow. If you know the neighborhood, it’s a fairly easy place to find once you get off the main road. Salcon Infotech India has been operating out of this building for some time now. We handle a lot of different tech-related tasks, mostly focused on info-tech stuff. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We aren’t really into the whole high-end office vibe. We prefer a place where we can actually focus and get things done without too much distraction. Lucknow is a great city, but the heat in the summer can be a bit much, so we spend a lot of time inside with the fans going. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a while. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people we’ve helped before. It’s a lot of sitting around computers, talking through problems, and trying to find solutions that actually work. We don't promise anything we can't do. It’s just practical, straightforward work. We like to keep our interactions very basic and human. No corporate talk here, just regular people trying to run a tech business in Indira Nagar. It's a lot of hard work, but we enjoy the challenge of it most days. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work.
