If you head down to Sector 11 in Takrohi Bazar, you will find Sai Physiotherapy Clinic right in the middle of all the noise. Indira Nagar is a busy place and this bazar area stays crowded from morning until late at night. We’ve been here for some time, helping people deal with their aches and pains. The clinic isn't hard to find if you know the market well, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have the usual stuff like ultrasound machines and some weights for people to lift. Most of our days are spent watching people do their stretches or helping someone move their arm after a bad fall. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it matters to the people who can’t walk properly. The floor is just plain tile and we have a few chairs for people to sit on while they wait their turn. I usually have tea around four o’clock and that’s when the shopkeepers from nearby often drop in to complain about their sore legs. It’s a local spot, nothing like those big hospitals you see in the city center. We keep the curtains drawn to give some privacy during the sessions because the street outside is always full of people walking by. It is just a regular place where we focus on getting the joints moving again. Nothing fancy, just the work we do every day. People seem to appreciate having a place like this nearby.
