Saatvik Architect - Vastu Engineers

Our place is over at 1/139, Vivek Khand 1 in Gomti Nagar. We are also near Indira Nagar Sector 14, right by the Mithaiwala Sweet shop. It’s a good location in Lucknow, especially since everyone knows the sweet shop. At Saatvik Architect, we combine regular architectural work with Vastu principles. Some people care a lot about that, and we try to make it work within a modern house design. It’s not always easy to balance both, but we’ve been doing it for a while. We aren't a big, fancy office with a receptionist. Usually, you’ll just find us working on a set of plans or talking to a client about where their front door should face. We take our work seriously but we don't act like we are better than anyone else. It’s just about getting the house built right. We handle the drawings, the engineering, and the Vastu side of things too. Lucknow is expanding so much, and Gomti Nagar is right in the middle of it all. We see new houses going up every week. Our job is to make sure the ones we work on are solid and follow the traditions people value. We don't have any slogans or anything. We just do the sketches and make sure the measurements add up. It’s a busy life but we enjoy it.
