We are located at G-14 inside the Ishwari Dayal Complex. This is right on Latouche Road, directly across from where the Old R.T.O. used to be located. If you are familiar with this area, you know it is the main place to go when you are looking for specific mechanical parts or components. The street is almost always lined with shops and people searching for things they need. Our shop is just one of many in the complex, but we have been here long enough that most of the regulars recognize us. It is a small space, often packed to the ceiling with whatever stock we are currently working with. There is not much room for anything other than the components themselves and a small desk for paperwork. We do not have any high-tech displays or polished sales pitches. We just find what people are looking for and get it to them. The noise from Latouche Road is constant and loud, but you get used to it after working here for a few months. Most of our days are spent sorting through inventory or talking to customers who usually know exactly what they want. It is a very practical, no-nonsense business. We do not try to make the shop look like something it is not. We are just a local business in a busy commercial complex. Dealing with the Old R.T.O. area means we see all kinds of people every day. It is easy for folks to find us at the Ishwari Dayal Complex once they see the old landmark across the street.
