You can find Modi Tech over at B2/166 in Mansarovar Yojna. We’re located near the Birjoo Memorial Hospital, just off Shaheed Path on Kanpur Road. It’s a fairly easy location to get to once you’re on the main road. The office is part of a residential block, so it doesn't feel like a typical sterile business environment. We’ve been set up here for several years now. It’s just a few rooms where we handle all our technical tasks and paperwork. Being near a hospital means the area is always active, and there’s usually some traffic on Kanpur Road regardless of the time. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see one of us at a desk working on something. We like the local vibe of Mansarovar Yojna. There are a few good spots nearby to grab a quick lunch. The office itself is filled with computers, cables, and various bits of equipment we need for our daily tasks. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is kept. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished corporate image. We just want to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day. It’s a practical workspace for a small team like ours. We’ve built a steady routine here and it works well for everyone involved. It is a good place to work.
