Rm Masala

Gomti Nagar is where we set up Rm Masala. It is a nice enough spot and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood over the years. We spend most of our time dealing with the different supplies that come in. There is always a lot of weighing and packing going on. You can usually tell what we are working on just by the air around the door. It is a lot of manual labor, honestly. We don't have those big fancy machines you see in the movies, just basic tools and our hands to get the job done right. We started out small and we are still pretty much the same size. There isn't any secret to it, we just come in, open up the shutters, and start the day. Sometimes the heat gets to be a bit much in the afternoons so we slow down for a bit and have some tea. Then it is back to the bags and the containers. People around here know us by name and that makes the days go by a little easier. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure the quality is okay and that the bags are sealed properly before they go out. It is steady work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is for resting up to do it all again next week.
