Yellow Chilli Khajana

Our place is located at House Number 68 and 69 in Topkhana Bazar. It’s right in the Race Course Lucknow Cantt area, not far from the Dilkusha post office. We call it Yellow Chilli Khajana. It’s where we do all our cooking and management. The building is older, which gives it some character, but it also means we’re always fixing something. Lucknow is a city that loves food, so we stay pretty busy most days. The kitchen gets really hot during the peak hours and the staff is always moving. We don’t have a fancy corporate headquarters. This is it. Just our spot in the bazar. We handle everything from here. Sometimes the deliveries get stuck in traffic near the Cantt, which can be a real headache. We don’t bother with big marketing words or polished slogans. We just focus on getting the food out. People in the neighborhood know us and that’s enough. It’s a lot of hard work, standing on your feet all day and making sure the kitchen is clean. We don’t have any big speeches about what we do. We just make food and hope people like it. The post office nearby is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. It’s just a normal day-to-day business with local people working together. We often share a meal ourselves when the lunch rush ends. It's noisy and a bit messy at times, but it’s our way of life. We just keep going, day after day.
