Zaffran

We are located at shop number 625 along Faizabad Road here in Indira Nagar. Most people know us because we are right near the Spencer and Lekhraj Dollar building. It is a busy part of Lucknow, and there is always something going on outside our door. We started this place because we wanted to have a spot where locals could just come and eat without any fuss. The staff here has been together for a bit, and we mostly just focus on getting the kitchen ready every morning. Some days the traffic on Faizabad Road is quite bad, which makes deliveries a bit slow, but we try our best to keep things moving. We do not have a big fancy office or anything like that. It is just the shop and the kitchen. You can usually find one of us standing near the front checking orders or talking to the delivery guys. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, but we have stayed in the same spot. It gets quite hot in the summers, so we keep the fans running at full speed. We are not trying to be the biggest place in town. We just want to make sure the food is ready when people walk in. Sometimes we run out of things early if it is a busy Friday. That is just how it goes here. We appreciate the people who stop by after doing their shopping nearby. It is just a regular Lucknow day for us.
