You can find us at E-2/351 in Vinay Khand, which is part of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. We’ve been at this address for a while now, running Rightcareer Consultancy India. It’s mostly just a few of us in a small office space trying to help people figure out their next steps. Gomti Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of noise outside, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big HR department or any of those complicated layers you find in big firms. If you call, one of us just picks up the phone. We spend our days looking through files and talking to people about their jobs. It’s practical work. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with paperwork, but we know where everything is. We chose Vinay Khand because it’s easy for people to get to, and it’s a good part of Lucknow to be in. We aren't here to give anyone a sales pitch. We just take the info we have and try to make it useful. Most of our day is spent at our desks, drinking chai and going through emails. It’s a regular job for us, and we try to do it as well as we can without making things sound more complicated than they are. Lucknow-226010 is our home base, and we’re happy with that. We just do the work.
