Response

We are located on the first floor of Kusum Plaza, which is in the Eldeco Building right next to Prem Bazaar in Nishatganj. The name of the business is Response. We chose a simple name because we try to keep things straightforward. Our office is in a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We handle a variety of things here, mostly related to organizing and coordinating. We don't have a big corporate lobby. It’s just a few desks and some filing cabinets. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sending emails to make sure things are on track. We've been in Nishatganj for a while now and we know the area like the back of our hand. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't the type to use fancy jargon or promise the moon. We just tell people what we can do and then we go do it. If a mistake happens, we fix it and move on. It’s a practical way of working. We enjoy being in the middle of the bustle. People drop by the office sometimes just to check on progress. We don't mind. It's good to see faces instead of just hearing voices on the phone. We try to be helpful and stay grounded in what is actually possible.
