Our place is over in Sheesh Mehal, right near the Clock Tower in Hussainabad. It is a part of town that always feels alive, even late at night when we are usually still finishing up. The building at 467/74 has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are carrying heavy bags. We spend most of our time planning out local events and weddings from this small room. It gets pretty crowded when we have all the decor samples spread out on the floor. There is usually a dusty fan spinning overhead and someone’s phone ringing every five minutes. Living and working near the Clock Tower means there is always traffic and noise outside, but you get used to it after a week. We are not the type to wear suits or have formal sit-down dinners. Most of our planning happens over quick lunches or while we are walking around the venue sites. The walls here are covered in old photos and bits of fabric we liked from past jobs. Sometimes we lose track of time because there is so much to coordinate. It is a lot of manual work, moving things around and making sure the lights work. We have been in this spot for a good while and the neighbors know us well by now. If you come by, you will probably find us arguing about where a flower vase should go or checking a list.
