Realtyone Paradise Private Limited is located at 2/253 in Vikas Khand, over in the Gomti Nagar area. Gomti Nagar is a big place, but our little corner in Vikas Khand feels a bit more settled. We’ve been working out of this space for a good bit now. It’s not one of those glass-fronted offices you see in the city center. It’s more of a regular building where we can sit down and focus. We spend most of our time looking at property maps or going out to see sites. There is always a lot of traffic nearby, so it can get a bit loud, but inside it’s alright. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us who handle the phone calls and the visits. People come to us when they want to find a spot in this part of town. We try to keep things straightforward. If a property has issues, we usually just say so. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We have a lot of old files from when we first started, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what we need. It’s a bit of a lived-in office, but it works for us. We know the local shopkeepers and the people living on this block, so it feels like a community. We usually keep some cold water and extra chairs ready for whoever wanders in. Being in Vikas Khand means we are close to everything, which makes the daily commute much easier for the team.
