Our office is located at Hn0 E 114 in the Sharda Nagar area of Lucknow. It's right in Ravi Khand, which is a fairly quiet residential-turned-business spot. We set up Rays Net Solutions here because it was close to where most of us live. It’s not one of those shiny glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s a regular house-style office. We spend most of our time dealing with internet stuff and network solutions. Some days are really busy with cables and routers everywhere. Other days we're just sitting around troubleshooting software issues. We’ve got a small team. Everyone knows each other. We usually grab lunch from the local stalls nearby. The address 226002 is home for us. We don't really do big meetings or presentations. People just call us or drop by when they need something fixed or set up. It’s a practical way to run a business. We try to be honest about what we can do. If something is broken, we tell you. We don't use fancy words to explain tech stuff because it just confuses people. Being in Ravi Khand is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main market. We keep our overhead low and just focus on getting the work done right the first time. It’s been a few years now and we’re still here, doing the same daily routine. We like being part of the UP business community.
