Rajesh Tandon

My name is Rajesh Tandon and this is my place in Lalbagh, Lucknow. It is right on the Main Road, across from Highway No 8. It’s a busy area with a lot of cars and noise passing by all day long. I’ve been practicing here for quite a while now. The office isn't very big, just a desk, some chairs, and the equipment I need for my work. People from all over the city come through here because it's a central location. I don't have a team of secretaries or a big front desk. It's mostly just me and maybe one helper to manage the files. I keep things pretty straightforward. If you have a problem, you sit down and we talk about it. No fancy talk or medical jargon that no one understands. I like to keep the atmosphere relaxed, even though medical visits can be stressful for some. The building is old, like much of Lalbagh, but it stays cool enough in the summer with the fans going. Sometimes the wait is long because I don't like to rush through a consultation. Each person gets the time they need. You might have to wait on the wooden bench outside the room if it's crowded. That's just how the day goes here. If you're looking for a flashy clinic, this isn't it. It's just a practical place for health matters on the main road.
