We’re over in Block-B of Kaveri Green Apartment, specifically Flat 907 in Sector-4. Being in Gomti Nagar Vistar is convenient because so much is happening in this part of Lucknow right now. Raghuvansham Realty is a small setup, running things out of this apartment space. It’s not like a typical storefront where people just walk in off the street. Most people call us first or we meet them out at a property somewhere. The office is small but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of the paperwork and phone calls from here. Since we're in an apartment building, it feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We like it that way. It’s more relaxed. We spend our days tracking down leads or checking on how different real estate deals are progressing. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's quite peaceful. We don't pretend to be some huge international firm. We’re just local people who know the Lucknow property market and try to help folks find what they need. There’s no big secret to how we work, we just show up every day and do what’s required. It’s a lot of back-and-forth and checking details, but we’re used to it by now. It’s just us doing our job and trying to keep things organized.
