R. P. Computer is tucked away in the Sridhar Complex, at 48 A Shivaji Marg on Hewett Road. If you know Hewett Road, you know it’s the place to go when you have computer trouble. We’ve been in this complex for years. Our shop is full of old parts, new parts, and a lot of tools for fixing screens and motherboards. It’s not a shiny showroom. It’s a workshop. We spend our days with our heads down, looking at circuits and trying to figure out why a laptop won't turn on. The owner is usually there behind the counter, probably with a screwdriver in his hand. We don't like overcomplicating things. If your computer is broken, we tell you if it’s worth fixing or if you’re better off getting a new one. We’ve seen every kind of problem you can imagine. Shivaji Marg is always crowded, so there’s a constant stream of people coming in with questions. We do our best to help everyone, even if it’s just a small thing. We aren't a big chain store. We are just a local shop that knows a lot about computers. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just have our reputation and the work we’ve done for people in the neighborhood. It’s a bit dusty and loud sometimes, but it’s our home.
