Quik Events

Our office is tucked away in Dalibagh, specifically at 11/3 in Lucknow. It’s not a very large space, mostly just desks covered in folders and samples of fabrics or lighting charts. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different venues trying to figure out where the stage should go or how many chairs will actually fit in a hall. Planning things out takes a lot of patience because something always changes at the last minute. One day we are looking at floral arrangements and the next we are worried about the sound system or the weather if it's an outdoor thing. Lucknow has so many old buildings and new halls, so we are always moving around the 226001 area. We keep a lot of our equipment in a separate storage spot because there isn't enough room here in the office. It gets a bit hectic when two things are happening at once, and we’re all running around trying to make sure the labels are on the right boxes. We started this because we liked the idea of putting things together, even though it means late nights and a lot of coffee. The neighborhood here is usually quiet, which helps when we need to focus on the paperwork side of things before the actual event day arrives. We usually have half-finished lists and floor plans pinned to the walls. Sometimes we even forget to take a proper lunch break when deadlines are tight.
