Profit24 Realty Private Limited is based out in Village Laulai, near Chinhat, at K. NO 431-SA. It is a bit of a different vibe out here compared to being in the middle of the big city. Things move a little slower, and there is usually more dust on the roads, but we don’t really mind it much. Our office is a basic setup where we handle all the property work for the surrounding area and the post office district. Since we are right in the village of Laulai, we get to see a lot of the local development and changes firsthand. It is definitely not a fancy office with leather chairs or expensive rugs. We have simple wooden desks and a few plastic chairs for when people stop by to chat about land or houses. The road to get out here can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, especially after the heavy monsoon rains. We spend a lot of our time out in the field looking at plots, so the office is often just a place to come back to and file the paperwork at the end of the day. We have a small stove for making tea, which we do quite often for ourselves and visitors. It is a quiet spot most of the time, away from the heavy noise of the main city center. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our job correctly and help our neighbors understand what is going on.
