We are located at 5/5 in Gomti Nagar Vistar. This part of Lucknow has really grown lately, and we’ve been right here in the middle of it. Prakhyat Infra Heights isn't a massive operation with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s mostly just us in a regular office space, trying to keep up with all the building projects going on around the Vistar area. We spend most of our time looking at site progress or dealing with the local authorities. There’s a lot of dust and noise because of all the new construction, but that’s just how it is in a growing neighborhood. Our office is a bit messy sometimes, especially when we have several projects going at once. We don't have a polished pitch to give people. We just show them what we’re working on and answer their questions as best as we can. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure the supplies show up on time, which doesn't always happen. We try to be practical about things. If there's a delay, we just deal with it. People around here know us as the guys who are always at the site or in the office till late. We don’t do much advertising, word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. It’s just regular work for regular people and we try to keep things moving.
