You can find us over at Barigawan, right near Dr. K. Mehra’s clinic on Kanpur Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to locate if you’re familiar with this side of Lucknow. The office is at 569/647, and it’s usually pretty quiet until the morning rush starts on the main road. Prabhudaya Properties is basically just a small group of us handling whatever property needs come our way. We deal with a lot of local stuff, people looking to sell or buy around here. Kanpur Road is always developing, so there’s always some new construction or plot being talked about. Our desks are usually covered in maps and site plans. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just a lot of walking around outside or sitting in the heat talking to neighbors. We’ve been in this area for a while, so we know the streets pretty well. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of notebooks and a decent internet connection when it decides to work. Most days involve a lot of driving back and forth to look at properties. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in town, we just want to get the job done right so we can go home to our families. It’s honest work, and we like the people we meet along the way. Some days are slow but we stay busy with the files.
