We set up Petadata Software inside Rohini Apartment in Lucknow. Specifically, we're in Flat Rh/805 in Block-B. It’s a bit of a quiet spot in Section 4, which is actually nice when you’re trying to write code or figure out software bugs. It doesn’t feel like a typical office. It feels more like a place where people actually live, which makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed. We’ve got our desks set up and wires everywhere, which probably looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do fancy presentations or use a lot of jargon. We just talk about software in plain English. If something isn't working, we stay until it is. Lucknow is a great city to be in, and being tucked away in an apartment complex gives us the peace we need to get things done. We’re not looking to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do good work for the people who hire us. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours, and then we just take a walk around the block to clear our heads. It’s a simple life. We like the independence of having our own little space here. We just focus on the software and try to keep our clients happy, without any of that corporate stuff getting in the way.
