Vision Infotech is just a small shop, number 66, over in Pashchim Vihar. We are right by the Mohan Road, near where the Patura Mod is. If you're around that turn, you've probably seen our sign. It's a modest space where we fix computers and deal with all sorts of tech headaches that people bring in. Most of the time, the counters are covered in cables, half-opened laptops, and various tools. It's not the kind of place that looks like a high-tech lab; it's more of a workshop where we get our hands dirty. We started this because folks in the neighborhood needed a place to go when their screens cracked or their systems slowed down to a crawl. I spend a lot of time staring at motherboards and trying to figure out why things aren't turning on. It can be frustrating work, especially when parts take a long time to arrive, but we do what we can. We don't have a big corporate team. It's just a couple of us who know our way around a circuit board. People stop by to ask questions or just to see if their repair is done yet. We keep it simple and tell people straight if something is worth fixing or if it's just junk. There’s no point in making things sound more complicated than they are. We just want to get the gear back to the owners so they can get back to their own work and daily lives without more computer trouble.
