You can find Oxicon Allinonesolutions Private Limited over at Plot Number 9 in Bhakhamau, which is part of Bakshi Ka Talab. It’s a bit outside the main city of Lucknow. We like it here because it is a bit quieter and there is more space to breathe. Our building is a basic structure on Khasra Number 450/2. It isn't a fancy office building with a lot of glass. It’s a practical place where we have set up our desks and equipment. We call ourselves "Allinonesolutions" because we tend to take on whatever work comes our way. It could be a small fix or a bigger project. We don’t have a formal way of doing things. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. The office has a small area where we sit and eat our lunch. Usually, someone brings something from home and we share. There’s a lot of green around the building, which is a nice change from the dusty roads. We don't have a big team, just a few reliable people who have been together for a while. We don't use big words or try to act like we are a giant corporation. We are just a local business trying to be useful. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, and other days we are working flat out until it gets dark. It’s a good way to live and work.
