Oudhex Service Pvt Ltd is just a small operation we run from our office at Plot No-442/3 in the Manohar Nagar Colony. We’ve been in this part of Thakurganj for a few years now, tucked away in the Radha Garm area. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, so it doesn't feel like the big business districts downtown. Our workspace is usually a bit cluttered with papers and various tools we use for our calls. We handle different kinds of service jobs, basically whatever the local folks around here need help with. It’s just a handful of us working here. We start early in the morning, usually around eight, and someone is almost always on the phone trying to coordinate the day's schedule. The colony can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with these streets, but once you spot the main corner, it's fine. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who just know us in the neighborhood. Sometimes the internet goes out and we have to write everything down in a notebook, which is a bit of a pain. We try to keep things simple and just get the work done without making a huge fuss about things. My desk is right by the front window where I can see the street. It’s a regular workplace where we put in our hours and then head home.
