You can find us over at Flat No: A-14/34 in the Ashraya-1 building, which is part of the Sulabh Awash in Jankipuram, Sector J. We are right off Kursi Road in Lucknow. It’s a standard flat that we’ve turned into our main office space. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for the group of us to get our work done. We handle various services from here, mostly involving paperwork and some digital tasks. Lucknow can get really hot in the summer, so we’re thankful for the fans and the little AC unit we have. The area is quite residential, so you hear the usual sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, like people calling out or cars passing by on Kursi Road. We don't really have a big staff, just a few reliable people who show up and do what needs to be done. We usually have a bit of a lunch break together where we talk about everything except work. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. No one wears a suit here. We’re just trying to provide a helpful service to the people who need it without making things more complicated than they have to be. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and we have to stay a bit late to clear it all out, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a quiet, steady kind of life here in Jankipuram, and we like it that way.
