If you are looking for us, we are over at 24, Mayur Residency Vistar. This is in Phase-1, over in the Faridi Nagar area. Most people around here know where the Post C-MAP is in Indira Nagar, and we are right there. OCC Realties Private Limited is just a small group of us working out of this office. It is a normal place with desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of paper files. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and going over property lists. The fan usually hums in the background. It gets a bit busy during the afternoons when people stop by after work. We don't have fancy signs or anything. It's just us doing our thing in this part of Lucknow. The residency itself is pretty quiet, which helps when we have to focus on the boring legal documents. We've been here for a while and the neighbors know us.
